<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">Likewise, service delivery from the government and non-governmental organisations has also been impacted by the snowfall. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">Humla is one of the most remote districts of Nepal which heavily relies on air transportation despite newly-built road access to the lower belt of the district. As the district falls in mountainous region, it witnesses heavy rainfall each year. People of the northern belt often migrate to the low lands during winter to avoid excessive cold.</span></span></span></p>
