<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif""><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">“We need to aim big and make preparations to achieve the goal. Taking a step back does not mean failure, rather it is a preparation for another step,” said Acharya. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif""><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Vision, passion, trust, honesty, integrity, and communication are vital for success, according to Accharya. Along with this commitment, patience is equally important. Another thing that is important is to break the mind wall and have self-confidence, Acharya further stated.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif""><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Chairperson of New Business Age Pvt. Ltd Madan Lamsal said that the main purpose of organising this programme is to encourage the entrepreneurs with new ideas and help them grow. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,"sans-serif""><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">“We feel that having an idea is not enough in business. Along with idea other skills are also required,” he said, adding, “We have found many successful entrepreneurs lacking certain skills. So we have organised this programme so that we can help them develop themselves and grow.”</span></span></span></p>
