This will ensure that the vehicle do not need to go through the hassles to get a permit to take the passenger to and from the destination.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">This is expected to facilitate the mass exodus of people from Kathmandu to their hometowns and villages to celebrate the festivals.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Advance ticket booking for public transport was opened on September 25 while the traffic police have set up help desks at various places to help commuters.</span></span></p>
