<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">The FNCCI had designated Dhakal as its representative in the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on December 15, 2020 as per the institutional provision, it said in the statement. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">Dhakal had attended the board meeting of SEBON since 24th January, 2021 while his brother Hem Raj Dhakal was involved in share transactions before the former assumed the responsibility as the FNCCI representative in SEBON. </span><br />
<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS","sans-serif"">To link the name of FNCCI Senior Vice President with the share transactions made around two months before his nomination to the post and appointment as a SEBON representative is totally false and misleading, said the statement adding that such news content was capable of harming the image of the institution and the dignity of the person.</span></span></span></p>
