May 12:  The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has set up a COVID-19 Help Desk to extend help towards saving lives from Covid-19. 
Issuing a statement on Wednesday, the FNCCI said that its recent meeting decided to establish the Help Desk to facilitate desperate people receive various healthcare services including oxygen cylinder, ambulance and isolation for Covid-19 patients.   
According to the statement, the Help Desk will coordinate with respective agencies to provide Covid-19 treatment and related services to its members, industrialists, business people as well as to the general public.  Those who want to get the service can request the Held Desk by sending text or making phone call at 9801096812 or 9801192591, according to the statement.
“Those who are in problem or seeking help or facilitation for Covid-19 treatment are getting the services from the Help Desk,” read the statement.
FNCCI said that the Help Desk is a part of its FNCCI Operation COVID-19 Relief Nepal Campaign that it recently launched.
Earlier on Saturday, the FNCCI had launched the ‘Hello Doctor’ service to provide free health counseling to Covid-19 patients via Viber video calls.
