<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Cambria">Stakeholders say many such hotels and lodges in high Himalayan areas have started regular business. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Cambria">According to the chairman of Hotel and Tourism Entrepreneurs Association of Rasuwa, Ram Sharan Gajurel, around 200 hotels and lodges from Dhunche to Lantang area as well as Gosainkunda, Rasuwagadhi, Helambu, Dadepati among other areas have resumed operation.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Cambria">He added that Rasuwa district has not been much affected by Covid-19 and therefore hotels as well as schools have reopened in the region.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Cambria">The impact of Covid-19 had rendered 70 guides and more than 400 workers jobless in the region. They are now hopeful of revival of tourism industry.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Cambria">Tourism entrepreneurs say that Covid-19 has caused more trouble to the industry than the Maoist insurgency and the devastating earthquake of 2015.</span></span></p>
