<p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Times"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">According to Bishnu Prasad Pokharel, chief of the purchase division of the Agriculture Inputs Company Limited, the deadline for Shailung Enterprises to deliver the fertilizer has exceeded 20 days as of December 31. Pokharel said that the state-owned company is preparing to initiate action against Shailung Enterprises.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:Times"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">The deadline for the company to deliver the 30,000 metric tons of fertilizer under the second contract was November 9. He added that the company will be blacklisted in accordance to the Public Procurement Act.</span></span></span></span></p>
