However, the concerned ministry has not maintained proper data, the labour ministry officials said.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:20px"><span style="font-family:Times"><span style="font-family:Arial">“The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security had time and again sought details of Nepali nationals living in different countries across the world to rescue them. However, the foreign ministry replied to us saying that they have to seek the details,” said Joint Secretary Suman Ghimire.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:20px"><span style="font-family:Times"><span style="font-family:Arial">According to Ghimire, although the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security keeps the record of Nepali migrant workers in foreign countries but they do not have any data about Nepali citizens visiting foreign countries for study and other purposes. </span></span></span></p>
