<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">The apex court reportedly also asked the government to immediately prepare a report on the health status of the Nepali migrant workers in different countries hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:20px"><span style="font-family:Cambria"><span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">"No matter where Nepalis are it is the duty of a legitimate government to address their health, security and other needs," RSS reported citing the order. </span><br />

<span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">The apex court reportedly also asked the government to immediately prepare a report on the health status of the Nepali migrant workers in different countries hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:20px"><span style="font-family:Cambria"><span style="font-family:"Arial Unicode MS"">"No matter where Nepalis are it is the duty of a legitimate government to address their health, security and other needs," RSS reported citing the order. </span><br />

April 17: The Supreme Court has issued an interim order in the name of the government to rescue Nepali citizens living in vulnerable condition in foreign countries, the state-run national news agency RSS reported.
According to RSS, a single bench of Justice Sapana Pradhan Malla on Thursday (April 16) directed the government to rescue the migrant workers. The apex court reportedly also asked the government to immediately prepare a report on the health status of the Nepali migrant workers in different countries hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
