<p><span style="font-size:20px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">As per the statute of FNCCI, the senior vice president of the federation will be automatically elected as the president. Therefore, Senior Vice President Shekhar Golchha is almost certain to lead the federation for the next term.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:20px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Now the battle has intensified for the post of senior vice president and three posts of vice presidents. Incumbent vice president duo Chandra Dhakal and Kishor Pradhan are in the fray for the post of senior vice president. Dhakal and Pradhan both have claimed their candidacy for the post. None of them are willing to backtrack despite efforts for consensus.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:20px"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Pradhan is backed by the next president Golchha, and former presidents Kush Kumar Joshi and Pashupati Murarka.</span></span></p>
