<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Now, the migrant workers going to the UAE will not have to pay any amount to the manpower companies. The companies will get service charge directly from the employers.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">According to Ghimire, migrant workers do not have to pay any charge except orientation fee, welfare charge and life insurance.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Nepal and the UAE had signed a ministerial-level agreement on labour pact during International Labour Conference held in Geneva on June 14 earlier this year to mark the centenary of ILO.</span></span></p>
