The SEZ is almost ready with an investment of Rs 2 billion. The government had allocated a total of Rs 2.5 billion for the infrastructure development of the Simara SEZ.</p>

As per the government plan, the SEZ will be spread over 833 bighas land of in three wards -4, 14 and 15 - of Jitpur-Simara Sub-metropolitan City in Bara district. The SEZ will consist of five blocks- A, B, C, D and E. Out of the total 443 bighas of block A, 165 bighas of land will be used for the operation of the garment industry.</p>

The authority’s CEO Dr Chandika Bhatta said that a public notice has been issued on May 2 seeking application for setting up garment industry. The interested companies are required to submit their proposal within the deadline of May 31.</p>
<p>
According to the authority’s engineer Arjun Pandey, construction works at the SEZ will be completed within five months. It will come into operation soon after the infrastructure is ready.</p>

Sundar Thapa, an under-secretary at the authority, said that they have signed an agreement with the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation (IFC) to work under the model of public private partnership in blocks B and C.</p>

The SEZ is almost ready with an investment of Rs 2 billion. The government had allocated a total of Rs 2.5 billion for the infrastructure development of the Simara SEZ.</p>

As per the government plan, the SEZ will be spread over 833 bighas land of in three wards -4, 14 and 15 - of Jitpur-Simara Sub-metropolitan City in Bara district. The SEZ will consist of five blocks- A, B, C, D and E. Out of the total 443 bighas of block A, 165 bighas of land will be used for the operation of the garment industry.</p>

The authority’s CEO Dr Chandika Bhatta said that a public notice has been issued on May 2 seeking application for setting up garment industry. The interested companies are required to submit their proposal within the deadline of May 31.</p>

According to the authority’s engineer Arjun Pandey, construction works at the SEZ will be completed within five months. It will come into operation soon after the infrastructure is ready.</p>

May 7: The Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Authority has issued a public notice requesting application for setting up garment industry in Simara SEZ.</p>
<p>
The SEZ is almost ready with an investment of Rs 2 billion. The government had allocated a total of Rs 2.5 billion for the infrastructure development of the Simara SEZ.</p>
<p>
As per the government plan, the SEZ will be spread over 833 bighas land of in three wards -4, 14 and 15 - of Jitpur-Simara Sub-metropolitan City in Bara district. The SEZ will consist of five blocks- A, B, C, D and E. Out of the total 443 bighas of block A, 165 bighas of land will be used for the operation of the garment industry.</p>
<p>
The authority’s CEO Dr Chandika Bhatta said that a public notice has been issued on May 2 seeking application for setting up garment industry. The interested companies are required to submit their proposal within the deadline of May 31.</p>
<p>
According to the authority’s engineer Arjun Pandey, construction works at the SEZ will be completed within five months. It will come into operation soon after the infrastructure is ready.</p>

Sundar Thapa, an under-secretary at the authority, said that they have signed an agreement with the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation (IFC) to work under the model of public private partnership in blocks B and C.</p>
