May 3: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has increased the prices of petroleum products effective from Thursday midnight.</p>

The state-owned petroleum monopoly, issuing a press statement, said that the price of petrol has been increased by Rs 1.50 per liter and diesel and kerosene by Re 1 per liter.</p>
<p>
With the price adjustment, petrol now costs Rs 111.50 per liter, and diesel and kerosene Rs 98 per liter. The NOC, however, didn’t make any adjustments to the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Air Turbine Fuel (ATF). Before the adjustment, the price of petrol was Rs 110 per liter, while the price of diesel and kerosene was Rs 98 per liter.</p>
<p>
NOC said the price has been adjusted after Indian Oil Corporation increased the price of the products being supplied to Nepal.</p>
