She further said that the archaic laws and the rising bank interest rates are creating trouble for entrepreneurs to expand their business.</p>

She informed the audience that the FNCCI has taken initiative to arrange talks with the government to amend such laws and to bring the bank interest rates within a single digit.</p>

According to Rana, the entrepreneurs are not able to expand their business due to the increasing interest rates. This has not only challenged the private sector but also the prosperity of Nepal, she added.</pre>

She informed that agriculture and tourism are the potential sectors for economic development of the country and the government should focus on these sectors.</p>

Rana said that the government should invest in productive sectors.</p>
