This year, the organizer plans to discuss about new technologies, innovations, software, trends and HR practices in the conference. According to the organizer, there will be a panel discussion between CEOs and HR experts on the topic of ‘Investment and Implementation of HR Technology: A way forward’. There will be parallel sessions on three different topics, panel interview and individual sessions with prominent resource persons in the conference. To address the burning issues of workplace, there will a panel discussion session on ‘How to deal with workplace harassment’.</p>

This year, the organizer plans to discuss about new technologies, innovations, software, trends and HR practices in the conference. According to the organizer, there will be a panel discussion between CEOs and HR experts on the topic of ‘Investment and Implementation of HR Technology: A way forward’. There will be parallel sessions on three different topics, panel interview and individual sessions with prominent resource persons in the conference. To address the burning issues of workplace, there will a panel discussion session on ‘How to deal with workplace harassment’.</p>
