The LED notification on the top of the phone prevents the users from missing out any calls or messages.</p>

<p>The new model was introduced in the Nepali market by Jaima Intercontinental Pvt Ltd, the sole authorized distributor and marketer of OTTO phones in Nepal,&nbsp; on November 21.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Likewise, it has also approved 20 companies to issue rights share, and two companies for mutual fund. According to the official website of Sebon, it has approved companies to distribute rights share worth Rs 10.39 billion, IPO worth Rs 204 million, FPO worth Rs 97 million, and mutual fund worth Rs 2.40 billion.</p>

<p>Among the three companies getting approval from Sebon to issue IPO, Radhi Bidyut Company and Panchakanya Mai Hydropower Limited are yet to issue IPO while &nbsp;Support Microfinance has already started selling IPO. Likewise, Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank Limited, the only company to get approval to issue FPO, has issued a total of 97.5 million units of shares at the price of IPO.</p>

<p>Similarly, among the companies getting approval to issue rights share, seven of them are yet to issue shares.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

A German organisation Future for Nepal East-Wuerttemberg organised the concert in the end of October. The event which was held at the East-Wuerttemberg city hall was sponsored by Klaus Pavel administrator of the Aalen district. Pawan Dhakal, board member of Future for Nepal and global marketing manager of Voith Hydro, a joint venture company of German giants Voith and Siemens, was among the organisers of the fundraising initiative including the concert.</p>

<p>The Vocational Training Center Project is being implemented by local Nepali NGO Sheshkant Foundation with the assistance from the German organisation Future for Nepal East-Wuerttemberg. Big German companies including Voith has partnered in this project. Also, the German government has expressed its willingness to support the project.</p>

<p>Speaking at the inaugural ceremony Pavel said, &ldquo;Nepal is a beautiful country with wonderful people which been badly affected by nature catastrophe in past few years. We heartily welcome the initiatives taken by Dhakal and his team.&rdquo; The ceremony was marked by the presence guests including the Ambassador of Nepal to Germany Ramesh Prasad Khanal, German central parliament member Magritt Stumpp, German State parliament member and former culture minister Andreas Stoch, Mayor of Aalen city Wolfang Steidle, and many high ranking officials and politicians from the region.</p>

<p>Ambassador Khanal highlighted the 60 years of bilateral relationship between the two countries. He requested German investors to visit Nepal and utilise the available opportunities by investing in infrastructure and tourism projects. The concert which saw musical presentation of a local band attracted a large number of audiences who donated money for the social cause in Nepal.</p>

<p>Among the three companies getting approval from Sebon to issue IPO, Radhi Bidyut Company and Panchakanya Mai Hydropower Limited are yet to issue IPO while &nbsp;Support Microfinance has already started selling IPO. Likewise, Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank Limited, the only company to get approval to issue FPO, has issued a total of 97.5 million units of shares at the price of IPO.</p>

<p>Similarly, among the companies getting approval to issue rights share, seven of them are yet to issue shares.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

A German organisation Future for Nepal East-Wuerttemberg organised the concert in the end of October. The event which was held at the East-Wuerttemberg city hall was sponsored by Klaus Pavel administrator of the Aalen district. Pawan Dhakal, board member of Future for Nepal and global marketing manager of Voith Hydro, a joint venture company of German giants Voith and Siemens, was among the organisers of the fundraising initiative including the concert.</p>

<p>The Vocational Training Center Project is being implemented by local Nepali NGO Sheshkant Foundation with the assistance from the German organisation Future for Nepal East-Wuerttemberg. Big German companies including Voith has partnered in this project. Also, the German government has expressed its willingness to support the project.</p>

<p>Speaking at the inaugural ceremony Pavel said, &ldquo;Nepal is a beautiful country with wonderful people which been badly affected by nature catastrophe in past few years. We heartily welcome the initiatives taken by Dhakal and his team.&rdquo; The ceremony was marked by the presence guests including the Ambassador of Nepal to Germany Ramesh Prasad Khanal, German central parliament member Magritt Stumpp, German State parliament member and former culture minister Andreas Stoch, Mayor of Aalen city Wolfang Steidle, and many high ranking officials and politicians from the region.</p>

<p>Ambassador Khanal highlighted the 60 years of bilateral relationship between the two countries. He requested German investors to visit Nepal and utilise the available opportunities by investing in infrastructure and tourism projects. The concert which saw musical presentation of a local band attracted a large number of audiences who donated money for the social cause in Nepal.</p>

According to the official website of Sebon, it has approved companies to distribute rights share worth Rs 10.39 billion, IPO worth Rs 204 million, FPO worth Rs 97 million, and mutual fund worth Rs 2.40 billion.</p>

<p>Among the three companies getting approval from Sebon to issue IPO, Radhi Bidyut Company and Panchakanya Mai Hydropower Limited are yet to issue IPO while &nbsp;Support Microfinance has already started selling IPO. Likewise, Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank Limited, the only company to get approval to issue FPO, has issued a total of 97.5 million units of shares at the price of IPO.</p>

<p>Similarly, among the companies getting approval to issue rights share, seven of them are yet to issue shares.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Vocational Training Center Project is being implemented by local Nepali NGO Sheshkant Foundation with the assistance from the German organisation Future for Nepal East-Wuerttemberg. Big German companies including Voith has partnered in this project. Also, the German government has expressed its willingness to support the project.</p>

<p>Speaking at the inaugural ceremony Pavel said, &ldquo;Nepal is a beautiful country with wonderful people which been badly affected by nature catastrophe in past few years. We heartily welcome the initiatives taken by Dhakal and his team.&rdquo; The ceremony was marked by the presence guests including the Ambassador of Nepal to Germany Ramesh Prasad Khanal, German central parliament member Magritt Stumpp, German State parliament member and former culture minister Andreas Stoch, Mayor of Aalen city Wolfang Steidle, and many high ranking officials and politicians from the region.</p>

<p>Ambassador Khanal highlighted the 60 years of bilateral relationship between the two countries. He requested German investors to visit Nepal and utilise the available opportunities by investing in infrastructure and tourism projects. The concert which saw musical presentation of a local band attracted a large number of audiences who donated money for the social cause in Nepal.</p>

According to the official website of Sebon, it has approved companies to distribute rights share worth Rs 10.39 billion, IPO worth Rs 204 million, FPO worth Rs 97 million, and mutual fund worth Rs 2.40 billion.</p>

<p>Among the three companies getting approval from Sebon to issue IPO, Radhi Bidyut Company and Panchakanya Mai Hydropower Limited are yet to issue IPO while &nbsp;Support Microfinance has already started selling IPO. Likewise, Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank Limited, the only company to get approval to issue FPO, has issued a total of 97.5 million units of shares at the price of IPO.</p>

<p>Similarly, among the companies getting approval to issue rights share, seven of them are yet to issue shares.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

A German organisation Future for Nepal East-Wuerttemberg organised the concert in the end of October. The event which was held at the East-Wuerttemberg city hall was sponsored by Klaus Pavel administrator of the Aalen district. Pawan Dhakal, board member of Future for Nepal and global marketing manager of Voith Hydro, a joint venture company of German giants Voith and Siemens, was among the organisers of the fundraising initiative including the concert.</p>

<p>The Vocational Training Center Project is being implemented by local Nepali NGO Sheshkant Foundation with the assistance from the German organisation Future for Nepal East-Wuerttemberg. Big German companies including Voith has partnered in this project. Also, the German government has expressed its willingness to support the project.</p>

<p>Speaking at the inaugural ceremony Pavel said, &ldquo;Nepal is a beautiful country with wonderful people which been badly affected by nature catastrophe in past few years. We heartily welcome the initiatives taken by Dhakal and his team.&rdquo; The ceremony was marked by the presence guests including the Ambassador of Nepal to Germany Ramesh Prasad Khanal, German central parliament member Magritt Stumpp, German State parliament member and former culture minister Andreas Stoch, Mayor of Aalen city Wolfang Steidle, and many high ranking officials and politicians from the region.</p>

<p>Ambassador Khanal highlighted the 60 years of bilateral relationship between the two countries. He requested German investors to visit Nepal and utilise the available opportunities by investing in infrastructure and tourism projects. The concert which saw musical presentation of a local band attracted a large number of audiences who donated money for the social cause in Nepal.</p>
