According to the instructions, commercial banks will have to reduce the spread rate to 4.2 percent from mid-March 2023 and development banks and finance companies will have to reduce it to 4.8 percent. From mid-June 2023, commercial banks have to apply 4 percent spread rate and development banks and finance companies have to apply 4.6 percent.
